Will I get the new battery sealed pack ?
Absolutely, you will be getting your new battery sealed pack. In some of the cases, for billing process and stamp/Signature we need to scan the warranty card.
When can I know my order has been confirmed ?
You will receive a confirmation email by our side, after that our sales team will call you and verify the order and coordinate with you for installation. Generally we deliver order within 3 hours.
Note:- For Orders Except Mumbai will get Cancelled Automatically.
How long I can get the delivery of my order ?
After having a verification call from our side, our technicians will deliver within 3 hours. As you know there are various reasons like a traffic jam or unavailability of the product, we cant mention exact time to deliver, but it would reach to you approx. 3 hours. Also, the orders that are confirmed before 4 PM will be eligible to be delivered the same day. For orders after 4 PM if its not possible to deliver then it shall be delivered next day.
Note:- Orders Except Mumbai Will Be Cancelled Automatically.
The battery I receive will be in charged condition or Extra Charging Needed?
The battery comes with factory charged, Hence technician too will check the battery prior installation,they will be ready to use.So, you don’t have to worry about it.
How much amount will be deduct if the battery is returned ?
If the order is cancelled by customer or if battery found to be OK(GOOD) then service charges will be applicable min RS.350/-
In which condition extra service charge will be applicable ?
If customer pay by credit card/debit card (visa/master) then 2.5% extra service charge will be applicable & if customer pay by american express then 3.5% will be applicable.
Note: No extra charge if customer pay using Paytm , Gpay, IMPS, PhonePe, Rupay debit.
Where can I get after sales service of battery ?
The battery manufacturer is the one who will take care of the after sales service. If you bought a battery from us and if you have some kind of issue in its warranty period, then the you have to contact the Concerned Battery service center.
Should I add acid to my battery ?
You need to check the electrolyte level of the battery every 6 months,If the brand is Exide. For Amaron As Company claims it is Zero Maintenance Battery and Never to add Distilled Water. Not applicable for commercial vehicles or who travel daily above 80 kilometres.
