Our policy may include return ,refund and cancellation though some restrictions apply, so please review the terms below.
Cancellation
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 30 minutes of placing an order. However, if the orders have been dispatched and shipped then, order cancellation fee at the rate of Rs. 300/- per order will be charged with addition to paid value.
- No cancellation fee will be charged in case an order is cancelled by Batterybapu because of product unavailability or any other reason.
- Once the ordered product or battery is delivered, installed and warranty card is filled too with the acceptance of customer and his mutual agreement, thereafter the product cannot be returned or taken back by seller. And Hence No refunds in that case.
Refund
Refund policy is applicable in following cases where:
- Order is cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order and if process of shipping is not initiated in that case 2.5 % of paid value would be charged (only for online payments).
- Order is cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order and process of shipping is initiated in that case Rs. 300/- for car battery cancellation fee and 2.5 % of paid value (only for online payments), would be charged.
- On successful cancellation of purchased product the amount will be reflected in your account within 5-7 business days. For any details feel free to contact us click here.
